It was founded in 2021 by Felipe Fortoul Ortiz who is still the founder-owner active with more than 10 years of professional building services experience. The company has acquired a large networking portfolio during the years in Oregon, and our prestige has been earned by providing an exceptional service to our customers. We provide services In the Portland Metropolitan Area.

Felipe is a building engineer that bring an unparalleled level of experience in commercial facilities.
He possesses a degree in Criminal Justice, several certifications in airplanes maintenance, and currently he is getting his electrical license in the state of Oregon.
He is proud of being a first-generation immigrant, who was born outside of United states in a small country on the other side of the continent (Chile). He strongly believes that the American dream is still alive, but in order to achieve it, you have to work hard every day.
He created Fast Control Services to be able to give something back to our community. He knows that his technical and professional skills can help homeowners and small businesses to achieve their dreams.
